In-person sessions in Berlin include conscious touch that communicates directly with the nervous system, sensing areas of tension, disconnection, or activation. Online sessions focus on verbal exploration and guided attention to sensation, building clearer internal sensing and emotional regulation. 

Each voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase, so the recipient can reach out when the timing feels right for them.
