Anxiety doesn’t only live in your thoughts.

It lives in the tightness across your chest. The breath you've been quietly holding. The tension that builds through the day and doesn't fully leave by night.

Talking about it helps, but just up to a point.

A Multi-Session Process

Over three sessions, the focus is on building a more direct relationship with your body's anxiety response.

You learn to locate where activation is sitting and meet it, rather than waiting for it to pass. Tension that has accumulated over time begins to release. And you leave with breath and body awareness practices you can draw on outside of sessions.

Who is this for

This is for you if you've done therapy and have built an understanding of your anxiety, but it still shows up in your body the same way it always has.

Or if you feel things deeply and carry a lot in your body because of it, and you're ready to learn how to work with that rather than just endure it.
