The Pantarei Approach brings talk and hands-on bodywork together. Conversation brings your history and current experience into the room, activating the body. Touch and breath then work directly with what's come to the surface, giving it a way to be processed and released.

A Multi-Session Process
Over three sessions, the focus is on building a more direct relationship with your body's anxiety response.
You learn to locate where activation is sitting and meet it, rather than waiting for it to pass. Tension that has accumulated over time begins to release. And you leave with breath and body awareness practices you can draw on outside of sessions.

This is for you if you've done therapy and have built an understanding of your anxiety, but it still shows up in your body the same way it always has.
Or if you feel things deeply and carry a lot in your body because of it, and you're ready to learn how to work with that rather than just endure it.
